1. Service Description
Ghost Geyser provides access to a high-performance Solana Yellowstone gRPC streaming endpoint. The service is provided "as-is" and is designed for developers and traders who require real-time blockchain data.
2. Pricing & Billing
- Standard plan: $150 USD per 2-week period ($300/month).
- Payment is accepted in SOL, USDC, or other agreed cryptocurrency.
- Access is activated upon confirmed payment.
- No refunds after access has been activated and IP whitelisted.
3. Access & Usage
- Each subscription includes access for one (1) server IP address.
- Additional IPs require separate subscriptions.
- Access is provided via IP whitelisting — only your registered IP can connect.
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing access is prohibited.
4. Free Trial
A 30-minute free trial is available upon request. Trial access is automatically revoked after the trial period expires. No payment information is required for the trial.
5. Your Data
- We do not log, monitor, inspect, or store any data that passes through our gRPC stream.
- Your trading strategies, transaction data, and blockchain queries remain entirely private.
- We only store your IP address (for whitelisting) and contact information (for support).
6. Service Availability
- We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via Telegram.
- We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, latency variations, or data delays.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or compromise our infrastructure.
- Use the service for any illegal activity.
- Share your whitelisted access with unauthorized parties.
We reserve the right to revoke access without refund in cases of abuse.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ghost Geyser is an infrastructure service. We are not responsible for trading decisions, financial losses, or any outcomes resulting from the use of data received through our service. Use at your own risk.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
